Our RNs own the clinical picture. You build the care plan with the client and their physician, carry it out visit by visit, and change it the moment the situation calls for it. Visits are scheduled in a route you help shape, so the driving stays sane.

What you would do
Responsibilities
- Build and update individualized care plans
- Wound care, medication management, and vitals monitoring
- Coordinate with physicians and families on changes in condition
- Supervise and support the aides assigned to your clients
What you need
Requirements
- Active Rhode Island RN license
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Comfortable documenting your own visits
